By using this platform, you are considered to have agreed to comply with these terms. Please read and understand the following points before playing.

Section 1 — Introduction and Parties

This Service Agreement ("Terms") is an agreement between my97 ("we" or "us") and any person ("you" or "user") who uses the my97 platform ("Service"). This document is a legally binding agreement and applies to every use of any service on the platform.

By continuing to access the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

Age Restriction: This service is for persons aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing and playing.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Verification

To use the Service in full, you must open a registered account ("Account"). When opening an account, you agree to the following—

  • All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date
  • Each person may open only one account; duplicate accounts are not allowed
  • You must keep your login password secure
  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own bank or payment account only
  • You must provide any supporting documents we request for verification purposes

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account without prior notice — particularly if we find that information provided is inaccurate or that the service is being used in a way that goes against these terms.

Section 3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

We accept deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit for every payment method is 20,000 Ks. Deposits will appear in your account almost instantly after verification.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Once your request is verified, the transfer is normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method you used to deposit.

You cannot withdraw a bonus balance alone, with or without a cash balance; withdrawals are only possible once the wagering requirement has been met.

Section 4 — Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at my97 will receive a 200% first-deposit bonus, with a maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15× the bonus amount.

Example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 40,000 Ks bonus; balance becomes 60,000 Ks; wagering required: 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks
  • Deposit 220,000 Ks → receive 200,000 Ks bonus; balance becomes 420,000 Ks; wagering required: 200,000 × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

General Bonus Terms

  • The wagering requirement for each bonus must be fully completed before any withdrawal is allowed
  • Two promotions cannot be combined or used at the same time
  • If you are unable to answer our verification questions, the bonus may be forfeited without refund
  • If we suspect any attempt to abuse prizes or bonuses, we reserve the right to investigate
  • For any matter relating to bonuses, my97's decision is final

Section 5 — Prohibited and Unacceptable Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using our service—

  • Engaging in money laundering in any form
  • Placing one-sided bets (arbitrage betting) solely to collect a bonus
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools
  • Seeking out and exploiting game bugs or glitches on the platform
  • Opening more than one account (multi-accounting)
  • Depositing with third-party funds without verifying your own identity

Any winnings obtained through these methods will be forfeited without refund, and the account(s) involved will be closed immediately.

Section 6 — Personal Data and Security

my97 protects all data transfers using SSL encryption. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party — except where required by law.

Game outcome results are irreversible, and my97 retains transaction logs for 90 days to allow disputes to be reviewed.

my97 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold — move up as your play volume increases. Each VIP level comes with the following weekly cashback—

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance. We will notify you in advance where possible, but in urgent cases the service may be suspended without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from such suspensions.
